“After some severe weather, my Insurance decided that I needed a new roof. Matt was able to provide a metal roof for less than I was getting quoted for shingles and took care of all the disposal and permitting. His crew got the job done quickly and even went out of their way to not damage my brand new landscaping. All of his guys were polite and communicated every additional issue they found quickly. I was so impressed that I went ahead and had them replace my gutters too. It is like having a brand new house when I look at it now. I will definitely use this company again.”

“M Squared may be a newer company in Williston, North Dakota, they definitely are NOT new to providing outstanding customer service!!! We have enlisted their assistance on a few occasions due to storm damage to our roof and Matt Hall made our situation a priority to get out to our residence to make sure that the areas that were leaking from the roof in to our home were immediately repaired even though they had a full schedule those days. I cannot express our gratitude for the stellar customer service and responsiveness we received; Matt told us he would make sure we were taken care of and he certainly held true to his word. We have since been hit with another storm which has resulted in us needing a brand new roof and major damage to the interior of our home, there was no hesitation as to who we were going to use to replace our roof. M Squared with always get the first call when we need anything done in our home, they have proved themselves to be reliable over and over again and quoting reasonable pricing rather than inflating pricing like many other contractors have done due to the amount of residents that have severe damage to their homes. When the next catastrophe strikes or we just need a reliable and honest contractor, we will be calling M Squared!!!”

“My fiancé contacted Matt about a bathroom remodel Matt came by an quoted a price and seemed like a fair deal, he talked to her about what to be on the look out for etc.. We checked Matt out and heard nothing but good things about his work and were excited for them to start work. The agreement we made was we would do the bathroom demo and he would come in and do the remodel, he gave us a start date and we began the demo a couple of days before he was to start work he called to say that he had someone on the books he forgot about and had to get them done and then had a big job that was already scheduled. So after explaining that we had completely torn our bathroom out Matt said that he could get to us on July 19th this was a month and half after the first date he had given us. He said that he would understand if we found someone else to do the work and he was sorry. We looked around but wanted the bathroom and other work done correctly and contacted him about one other contractor but after Matt talked to us we decided to wait for Matt to do the work. So lo and behold 9 days before they are suppose to start work someone from Matts company calls us to tell us they wont start on July 19th as had previously been told to us but had to push us out longer because of all the hail damage in WIlliston they were to swamped with work , I am sure Matt and his crew do great work so I've been told by other people but i guess we will never know seeing once he makes a commitment he can not seem to keep it! Seems like another typical contractor that makes promises and will not follow through with them!”
